From Stoica to PACT – A Brand Built on Trust and Transformation

BRAND STRATEGY & MARKETING STRATEGY

The challenge

Stoica’s brand wasn’t working. The name lacked meaning, the black-and-white identity felt impersonal, and the company’s true strengths—its deep industry expertise, client trust, and ability to navigate change—weren’t coming through in its marketing. In a time of significant transformation in the commercial real estate sector, the company needed a brand that reflected its role as a trusted partner guiding clients through change.

The Approach

Through in-depth interviews with clients, the team, and industry stakeholders, it became clear that what set the company apart was its deep understanding of landlord relationships and real estate. Clients weren’t just hiring a service; they were leaning on the team for strategic advice, confident in their ability to help them navigate an evolving market.

This led to a full rebrand and name change from Stoica to PACT, reinforcing the company’s role as “Your Partner in Change.” To bring this vision to life, I:

  • Developed a new brand identity that balanced professionalism with warmth and trust

  • Refined messaging to emphasise partnership, expertise, and adaptability

  • Commissioned new team photography that felt more personal and approachable

  • Designed a new website with clearer storytelling and improved user experience

  • Updated all marketing materials to align with the new positioning

  • Launched a marketing strategy to reinforce PACT’s role as a trusted industry leader

The Result

The rebrand delivered a powerful shift in both perception and performance. Website clicks increased by 350%, and marketing-qualified leads grew by 30%. Clients resonated with the new positioning, strengthening PACT’s reputation as a trusted partner in an ever-changing real estate landscape.
