Using Podcasts to Build Thought Leadership in the Design & Build Industry

CONTENT CREATION & BRAND ACTIVATION

The challenge

The design and build industry is competitive, with brands needing more than just great projects to stand out—they need to be seen as thought leaders. Both AW Spaces and PACT wanted to elevate their industry presence, strengthen relationships, and showcase their expertise in workspace design. Traditional marketing channels weren’t enough to spark meaningful conversations, so we turned to podcasting as a way to engage audiences on a deeper level.

Listen to The Spaces That Shape Us

The Spaces That Shape Us (for AW Spaces) explored how physical spaces impact emotions, productivity, and well-being. Through expert panels and interviews, it uncovered the secrets of designing inspiring work environments.

Listen to Dear Desk Diary

Dear Desk Diary (for PACT) took a more problem-solving approach, acting as a "Workspace Agony Aunt" to help business leaders tackle real workplace challenges, from team creativity to office culture.

The Result

The strategy paid off. The Spaces That Shape Us grew to 500 listeners in six months, while Dear Desk Diary quickly built an engaged audience of 200 listeners. Both podcasts strengthened brand awareness, deepened industry connections, and positioned the companies as leaders in workspace design. They also facilitated introductions to key industry contacts and provided valuable content that resonated across multiple platforms, driving engagement and brand trust.

By leveraging podcasting, we turned marketing into meaningful conversations—building credibility, connection, and visibility in the design and build industry.
